How to use
Wear the Galaxy Watch Ultra on your wrist and pair it with your Samsung Galaxy device to enable full functionality. Select the appropriate power mode for your activity: choose Exercise power saving mode for detailed workout tracking or Power saving mode for extended battery life. Use the Multisport Tile or Quick Button to switch between activities during triathlons or mixed workouts. Plan routes with GPX files or use the built-in navigation to follow turn-by-turn and altitude-aware guidance; press Track Back to return to your starting point. For safety, press and hold the Quick Button for 5 seconds to trigger the siren or use the home button to send an SOS. Monitor health metrics and review sleep, Energy Score and FTP estimates in the Samsung Health app.
