How to use
Charge the internal rechargeable lithium battery before first use and pair the watch with your smartphone to enable smart notifications, music downloads and map updates over Wi‑Fi. Connect the quatix 7 to compatible Garmin chartplotters or boat systems to stream depth, engine RPM, wind and other onboard data. Use the touchscreen and/or buttons to access sports profiles, navigation features, autopilot control and the Fusion‑Link Lite app. For water activities, ensure the watch is secured with the silicone strap and rinse with fresh water after exposure to saltwater.
Usage recommendations
For optimal performance, keep the device firmware and maps updated via Wi‑Fi, calibrate the ABC sensors when changing environments, and use the recovery and performance metrics to plan training load.
