Description
Canon EOS R100 is a compact mirrorless camera body with a 24.1 MP APS-C CMOS sensor that produces images up to 6000×4000 pixels and records 4K UHD video (3840×2160). Lightweight and travel-friendly, the EOS R100 combines a larger sensor, electronic viewfinder and a 3″ LCD with Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth connectivity to deliver improved low-light performance, control over depth of field and easy sharing of photos and videos.
Advantages
The large 24.1 MP APS-C sensor captures greater detail and better light gathering than typical smartphone sensors, enabling natural background blur and creative control over depth of field. Dual Pixel CMOS Auto Focus and continuous shooting help keep moving subjects in focus for pin-sharp photos. Built-in connectivity (Bluetooth and Wi‑Fi) with automatic image transfer simplifies backing up and sharing, while the lightweight, compact body makes the camera easy to carry. Guided menus and Creative Assist provide step-by-step settings for users who are not experts.

Usage recommendations
For best image quality, use lenses with wide apertures to take advantage of the APS-C sensor’s depth of field control. When shooting in low light, raise ISO gradually and use image stabilization or a tripod to avoid blur. Enable automatic image transfer or connect to the Camera Connect app to back up and share photos promptly.
